All of our designs are made by us through old fashion methods like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Solid Works.
I have an idea for a design/item that you don't have. What do I do?
Please message us using our design services form! We would love to discuss options, limits, and designs. Note: We do not print copyright or trademark materials.
Do you have wholesale available?
We would love to work with you! Please message us to discuss options.
I found a 3D print file on a website that I would like to have printed but I cannot do it myself. Will Moss Forge print it for me?
Unfortunately, we cannot print files from other websites or designers. All of our items are designed and created by us.
I would like promotional items for my business with my logo on them. Can you do this for me?
We can! Please message us to discuss options, limits, and designs.
What is the return policy?
Because each item is made to order and customized to your selected color, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before placing it to ensure the correct product, color, and details are selected.
Exceptions
We will gladly replace or refund items in the following situations:
- Your item arrives damaged during shipping
- Your item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mossforge@outlook.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Color Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately display product colors, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are any purchases final sale?
All products in our store are made to order and customized to your selected color, and are therefore final sale. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or sizing preferences.
Exceptions
We will replace or refund items only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item

- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, we cannot make changes.

When will I get my order?
All of our products are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.
We ship orders twice a week: Monday and Friday. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International: 7–21 business days after shipping (customs may affect delivery)
Please note that orders placed after the shipping cutoff will ship on the next scheduled day.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are carefully crafted in-house at our workshop. Every item is made to order and customized with attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality for each customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
